The YMCA's NAEYC accredited Early Head Start and Head Start programs are comprehensive early childhood programs that develop social competence in children. These programs are federally funded and guided by a set of program performance standards that specify a wide range of services to ensure comprehenisve care including health, education, parent involvement, and social services.
